Hand-Carved Craftsmanship
Each Hand-Carved lighter begins as a solid brass body, individually hand-engraved using traditional metal engraving techniques rather than automated or laser processes.
Surface patterns are carved line by line with hand engraving gravers, with each piece requiring at least two hours of focused manual engraving.
Following engraving, each lighter is hand-finished through manual sanding, polishing, and a controlled vintage aging process to enhance depth, contrast, and tactile character.
