Cross-border orders may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Duties & Taxes (DDP): For all countries we currently ship to, we use a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model—import duties and taxes are covered by us.
Exception: Brazil and Turkey are not covered under DDP. Any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees required by local authorities in these two destinations are the recipient’s responsibility.
Address accuracy: Please ensure all address details are correct; we are not responsible for misdeliveries due to customer input errors.
Failed delivery & second delivery fee: If delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related reasons (e.g., multiple missed calls from the courier, recipient unavailable, incomplete/insufficient address details, or refusal to accept the parcel), any re-delivery , address correction , or additional last-mile handling fees will be borne by the customer.
