Annual authorization
A one-year authorization issued by HERMANN Thorens SA in Switzerland. Each following year requires a new issue.
Care & parts
Support for repairs and replacement parts, including flints, wicks and flint wheels. New THORENS lighters sold through authorized channels receive a one-year limited warranty from delivery and lifetime repair support. Eligible first-year defects are repaired or replaced free of charge, including necessary standard shipping. Normal consumable wear is excluded; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. How do I become a THORENS dealer?
Email join@thorenslighter.com with your business details, target market and sales channels. We review your application before confirming the applicable terms and opening your official THORENS Dealer System account.
What is the minimum opening order?
We offer a low minimum opening order. The specific requirement depends on your approved dealer tier and is confirmed after review.
How can I see wholesale prices and the product catalogue?
We provide your applicable pricing and ordering terms after approval. Once we create your official account, you can access the product catalogue through the THORENS Dealer System.
Can I order samples before placing an opening order?
Yes. Paid samples are available. Email us with the models you would like to evaluate and your delivery country so we can confirm pricing and shipping arrangements.
Who issues dealer authorization, and how long is it valid?
Dealer authorization is issued by HERMANN Thorens SA in Switzerland for one year at a time. A new authorization is required for each subsequent year.
Can I sell online or apply for exclusive distribution?
Tell us the websites, platforms, stores and territories you intend to operate. Sales channels are confirmed during review. Exclusive territory or channel arrangements are assessed separately and are not included automatically with a dealer account.
How are payment, shipping and delivery arranged?
We confirm the applicable payment instructions, shipping charges, delivery arrangements and tax responsibilities for your order and destination. These details are agreed before the order proceeds.
What support is available after approval?
We provide product information and brand materials, help with product selection, and support for repairs and replacement parts. Display materials and other specific support are arranged according to your business needs and availability.
