If your selected service is not suitable for the lighter, our team will help arrange an appropriate option and refund any difference in service price.

Simple text may be engraved directly from your order note without a separate email confirmation. To review the layout first, add “Please send a proof before engraving” to your note.
Artwork, photos & special requests
Email your files or requirements with your order number. For all line art and photo engraving, we will email a design proof and wait for your approval before production.

Dispatch & delivery
Standard engraving orders ship internationally. They cannot be fulfilled from local warehouses, and local-stock delivery estimates do not apply.
Dispatched within 4 days
After payment and receipt of all required engraving details. If a proof is required or requested, the 4-day dispatch period begins after your approval.
Around 15 days for delivery
Delivery typically takes about 15 days after dispatch. Plan for this additional transit time when ordering a personalized gift.
Custom order policy
Customized products are non-refundable for non-quality reasons. Once shipped, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded for non-quality reasons. For a quality issue, email help@thorenslighter.com with your order number and photos.

Which THORENS lighters can be engraved?
Our Engravable Lighters collection includes models marked as available for customization. The finish, surface texture and available space determine whether text, line art or photo engraving is suitable. If you are unsure, email the product link to help@thorenslighter.com.
How do I order a personalized THORENS lighter?

Will I receive a design proof before engraving?
Line art and photo engraving always require your approval of an emailed proof before production. Simple text may proceed directly from your order note. To request a text proof, include “Please send a proof before engraving” in your note.
How long do custom engraved lighters take to arrive?
Standard engraving orders are dispatched within 4 days after payment and receipt of all required details, or after design approval when a proof is needed. Delivery usually takes around 15 days after dispatch. All custom orders ship internationally; local warehouse delivery estimates do not apply.
What if I choose an unsuitable engraving service?
Our team will help arrange an appropriate option for your lighter and refund any difference in service price.
Can I return or cancel a custom order?
