Exchange Policy

If the product is new and unused, customers can exchange it for a THORENS lighter of equal or higher value. If you wish to upgrade, you will need to pay the price difference.

Full Refund

You may apply for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • You have not received your THORENS product.
  • The THORENS lighter is completely unusable due to major quality issues after receiving the goods.
  • The order logistics have not been updated at all after placing the order.

We are committed to resolving 100% of the problems that our customers encounter. If the issue cannot be resolved, you can send an email to help@thorenslighter.com. We are more than happy to help you resolve any unpleasant experiences at the THORENS Mall!

Final Sale

As long as the product is in good condition, we offer 30 days of no-questions-asked returns and exchanges, and 180 days of free maintenance. If it exceeds 180 days, we will charge a maintenance fee to address the issue.
