Product Descriptions
This Mini Bamboo lighter is a refillable fluid lighter featuring a solid brass body, a compact vertical form, and a flip-top lid with flint-wheel ignition, designed for users who value tactile mechanical use and sculptural metal design in everyday carry.
Inspired by bamboo’s natural segmentation, the body adopts a streamlined, sectioned profile that echoes organic rhythm while remaining fully brass in construction. The design avoids decorative excess, focusing instead on proportion, balance, and the quiet presence of a refillable mechanical lighter built for long-term use.
Key construction details:
– Refillable fluid lighter system with cotton wick
– Solid brass body with bamboo-inspired segmented structure
– High-polish gold finish achieved through repeated surface polishing
– Flip-top lid design with flint-wheel ignition (open the lid, then strike the wheel)
– Compact mini size suitable for pocket carry
This lighter is ideal for:
– Users searching for a mini bamboo lighter with a refined brass finish
– Collectors of compact or vintage-style flint-wheel lighters
– Everyday carry users who prefer refillable, long-lasting fluid lighters
It may not be ideal if:
– You prefer jet-flame or butane torch lighters
– You want a completely maintenance-free lighter
With proper refilling habits and routine care, the brass surface and ignition mechanism are designed to remain stable and consistent through regular use.

Too late, but good

Arrived in good time. Well packaged and protected
The presentation box is a nice addition with a pull out draw with the lighter in a cloth branded pull string bag . The lighter is nice and heavy , a well made solid lighter which lights first time and doesn't feel flimsy and light unlike another well known petrol lighter. Will definitely be building a collection.

Wonderful lighter that sparks every time you flip open the top camp. Plus the flint wheele you always have plenty of spare flints on hand. I also carry a fluid canister on my keychain so I always have all the essentials with me. Overall the Asprey is a work of art and a functional unit at the same time.

The Mini Cube Golden Mesh is an extremely well made lighter! The size of the lighter is fantastic, and it has a little heft for its size… The sounds this lighter makes when opening and closing it, lighting it, etc… you can hear the quality! Thank you Thorens for a great product and experience!

The lighter is of good quality. And reminds me of the one I had 50 years ago!!! Which I paid eight or nine dollar for back then.

Trovo questo accendino stupendo e realizzato in maniera impeccabile. Pratico in mano e impossibile non notarlo. Molto particolare. Sono molto contento.

Perfect fire-starting tool to have on board a boat...e-torches work okay, but first sign of moisture and you've got a paper weight. If you're taking the boys out for a day of fishing, foul Wx or not, and cigars are abound, the Torch Stick is what you wish you had.
Highly recommended...

I was really moved by how kindly and proactively they handled my inquiries. The product itself is sturdy and well-made as well. I'm definitely planning to collect more Thorens products in the future.

There are lighters and then there are lighters. This is the later. Unconventional look. Performers really well for a pipe. Somewhat different to get use to it but flame will come out upward but as soon as you draw on your pipe...flame reverses and you get a very nice top of pipe burn.
