Product Descriptions
This three-section stick lighter features a distinctive triple-column support structure, a silver-tone electroplated chrome finish, and signature Thorens engraving, designed for users who appreciate vintage mechanical lighters with a refined industrial aesthetic.
Defined by its elongated stick form and visible structural segmentation, this lighter draws on classic mechanical design language commonly associated with vintage stick lighters and silver match lighters. The three-section construction emphasizes balance and stability, while the polished chrome surface reinforces a clean, metallic presence suited to both functional use and display. Rather than relying on novelty, the design focuses on proportion, surface treatment, and mechanical clarity.
Key construction details:
– Triple-column support structure designed for stable combustion and a smooth handling feel
– Electroplated chrome surface providing a refined silver metallic appearance
– Elongated stick-style body inspired by traditional vintage stick lighters
– Signature Thorens engraving highlighting brand heritage and mechanical identity
This lighter is ideal for:
– Collectors of vintage or unusual mechanical lighters
– Users searching for a silver match lighter with a distinctive stick form
– Those who value Swiss-inspired design language and visible mechanical structure
It may not be ideal if:
– You prefer compact pocket lighters over elongated stick designs
– You are looking for novelty features rather than classic mechanical styling
Consistent handling and proper surface care help preserve both performance stability and the electroplated finish over time.

Arrived in good time. Well packaged and protected
The presentation box is a nice addition with a pull out draw with the lighter in a cloth branded pull string bag . The lighter is nice and heavy , a well made solid lighter which lights first time and doesn't feel flimsy and light unlike another well known petrol lighter. Will definitely be building a collection.

Wonderful lighter that sparks every time you flip open the top camp. Plus the flint wheele you always have plenty of spare flints on hand. I also carry a fluid canister on my keychain so I always have all the essentials with me. Overall the Asprey is a work of art and a functional unit at the same time.

The Mini Cube Golden Mesh is an extremely well made lighter! The size of the lighter is fantastic, and it has a little heft for its size… The sounds this lighter makes when opening and closing it, lighting it, etc… you can hear the quality! Thank you Thorens for a great product and experience!

The lighter is of good quality. And reminds me of the one I had 50 years ago!!! Which I paid eight or nine dollar for back then.

Perfect fire-starting tool to have on board a boat...e-torches work okay, but first sign of moisture and you've got a paper weight. If you're taking the boys out for a day of fishing, foul Wx or not, and cigars are abound, the Torch Stick is what you wish you had.
Highly recommended...

I was really moved by how kindly and proactively they handled my inquiries. The product itself is sturdy and well-made as well. I'm definitely planning to collect more Thorens products in the future.

There are lighters and then there are lighters. This is the later. Unconventional look. Performers really well for a pipe. Somewhat different to get use to it but flame will come out upward but as soon as you draw on your pipe...flame reverses and you get a very nice top of pipe burn.
