Ce briquet Single Claw THORENS est un briquet à essence rechargeable vintage à flamme douce, avec allumage automatique, système à essence rechargeable, conception Safety Lock, construction en laiton massif, surface en laiton lisse non traitée, et un numéro de série indépendant gravé sous le fond. Conçu pour ceux qui apprécient l’artisanat mécanique suisse, le mouvement d’allumage visible, le caractère de collection et un EDC raffiné.
Le mécanisme Single Claw s’active à l’ouverture du couvercle : la griffe unique engage précisément la molette pour produire un éclat d’étincelles vives et allumer la flamme douce. Le mécanisme exposé présente l’allumage par le mouvement visible, un son net et une résistance contrôlée, pour une sensation plus cérémonielle qu’un briquet de commodité ordinaire. La surface en laiton lisse n’a ni revêtement électroplaqué ni gravure décorative, ce qui laisse apparaître naturellement des marques d’oxydation, une patine et de légères micro-rayures avec le maniement et l’usage réguliers.

The Worst lighter I have ever bought. The claw flies off the striking wheel all the time. I have lost numerous flins because the flint lock spring opens when the claw flies up.

First Thorens lighter. Surprisingly solid feeling compared to US competition. Works beautifully, looks and feels great. Well packaged and feels like it will last a lifetime. All the paterning lines up between the 'lid' and the body of the lighter. Very impressed and think this'll see me out!

Beautiful lighter and works every time.would like if the quench cap was moved back a few millimeters in the top so it would stop squashing the wick but otherwise a great lighter

La qualità costruttiva si presenta molto bene. L'accendino appare solido e ben rifinito. I dettagli sono curati e il peso rende l'idea di un buon prodotto. Lo scatto di accensione funziona bene anche se non ho modo di verificarne la durata nel tempo. Ottima la tenuta del sebatoio che garantisce una buona durata della ricarica di benzina. Molto bella la confezione e la possibilità di conservare una pietrina di scorta in un vano dedicato. Al mio amico è piaciuto molto.

This lighter is Amazing in every way, when you look at the mechanism you think of Swiss Watches, its an absolutte genius design! I bought the plum design one becouse i do not want to use the old ones i collect, that way i can enjoy the design every day. The Plum design gen 1. Realy sparkles when you look at it. It dosnt leak fuel like other petrol lighters and the flame looks quite magical.
