The name Flat Top CNC Series refers to the case's flat upper and lower surfaces and the CNC machining used to make its case and insert. This consistent silhouette brings the designs together as one series.
Individual models explore different motifs, colors, and finishes within the same case shape. As the range grows, new designs with this shared form will join the series.
02 / CNC CONSTRUCTION
Precision machining, outside and in
Both the outer case and the brass insert are machined from solid brass billets. CNC machining removes material to create the case cavity, component features, and insert structure. Neither the case nor the insert is made by stamping sheet metal or casting its shape.
This is the foundation of the series' value: the machining extends beyond the visible exterior to the insert within it. The result is a substantial brass construction whose detail can be appreciated both in the hand and when the insert is removed for maintenance.

A CNC-machined brass case surrounds a CNC-machined brass insert. The decorative finish is an additional layer of craftsmanship applied to this machined structure.
03 / SURFACE CRAFT
Laser relief. Layered color.
Every design in the Flat Top CNC Series features laser-engraved relief. The laser removes material to build depth into the motif, giving the surface a sculpted appearance rather than a flat printed image.

05 / OWNERSHIP
Made to refill and maintain
The series uses lighter fluid, a replaceable flint, and a traditional wick-based soft flame. The removable brass insert and flint-wheel assembly allow access for maintenance, while a dedicated bottom refill port provides routine fuel access.
For deeper servicing, the removable bottom module provides access to the internal cotton and wick. Follow the model's instructions when disassembling or replacing components.
- Supplied without fuel. Fill with compatible lighter fluid before first use.
- Avoid overfilling. Wipe away spilled fuel and allow residue to evaporate before ignition.
- Use a soft cloth for the decorated case; avoid abrasives that could damage plating or color details.
- Keep the flint wheel and wick area clean. Replace consumables as needed.
- Keep away from heat and children. Close the lid and extinguish the flame before setting the lighter down.
