Product Descriptions
This Side Slip lighter is a refillable fluid lighter featuring a slim brass body with a refined brushed finish and a precision side-slide ignition system, designed for users who value compact form, mechanical clarity, and everyday carry practicality.
Built around a minimalist design philosophy, the Side Slip lighter emphasizes proportion, balance, and tactile control. Its ultra-narrow brass profile and restrained surface treatment highlight the natural character of the material, delivering a warm metallic presence while remaining discreet and functional for daily carry.
Key construction details:
– Refillable fluid system compatible with standard lighter fluid
– Precision side-slide ignition mechanism with crisp, controlled movement
– Slim brass body with all four sides brushed for a soft, understated sheen
– Compact, narrow form optimized for pocket, chest pocket, or EDC carry
– Balanced weight and solid brass feel for stable one-handed operation
This lighter is ideal for:
– Everyday carry users who prefer slim, unobtrusive brass gear
– Urban professionals seeking a refined, minimalist fluid lighter
– Users who appreciate side-slide ignition and mechanical simplicity
It may not be ideal if:
– You prefer jet-flame or butane torch lighters
– You want a completely maintenance-free lighter
Proper care helps ensure consistent ignition and allows the brass surface to age naturally over time.

This is a fabulous lighter in all terms: great build quality, highly reliable and - if you are used to Zippo lighters and how fast they lose lighter fuel - no loss of lighter fuel so far: I filled up this little thing three weeks ago and haven't used it in this period. And I started it now and BAM! It lighted up immediately! Try the same with a Zippo 😖
Even the flintstone replacement is easy and straight forward. Now, whenever I will buy another lighter, I will only go for Thorens!
We really appreciate your detailed feedback! Consistent ignition and fuel efficiency are key priorities in our design, and it’s rewarding to hear that the lighter performed flawlessly even after weeks of non-use. We’re honored to have earned your trust.

Glossy - Black
Solid 5, well built, I like it. A slidable windguard for this lighter would make it 6 stars.
